Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most locations around the globe via USPS Priority Mail.

When will my product arrive?

We try to ship all orders within one business day.

Transit time can add one to seven days depending on your distance from Washington state. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. Please check our Shipping Information page for delivery times to your location.

While we carry a large inventory, there are occasions when an item is out of stock and it must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If that does occur, we will notify you by email within one business day and allow you to cancel or change your order.

What if the item is damaged or not as described?

This rarely occurs as all shipments are carefully boxed for protection. However, all shipments are insured just in case. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately for replacement instructions.

How much is shipping?

Standard ground shipping starts at $10-$13 depending on your location. At checkout, the weight will be used to calculate the shipping and handling charge. Please see the Shipping Information page for more details. You can also simply add the desired items to your cart, enter your shipping destination and use the shipping calculator at checkout to show you the shipping costs. Remember, ground shipping is free for purchases over $75, in the contiguous United States.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?

The carrier will follow their best practices if no one is at home at time of delivery. The delivery person may choose to leave the package at your door or with a neighbor. A notice of missed delivery will be left if the carrier would like you to contact them to reschedule the delivery.

Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, our checkout page makes it easy to enter in a separate billing and shipping name and address.

How can I track my gift shipment?

After submitting an order, a confirmation email will be sent. As soon as we process your order and create a shipping label, we then email you the corresponding tracking number. Shipments are sent via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the shipping service you select, live tracking information may or may not be available.
