How does the shipping and return process work?
Bella Umbrella makes your ordering process simple and worry-free. All orders are shipped via UPS. Inside the box is your paid return shipping slip. Please note how the umbrellas have been packed insuring that the tips and handles are well protected from the ends of the box. After your event affix this shipping slip over the old address label and return at the nearest UPS drop-off location.

Last Minute Orders: Expedited shipping is available. Additional shipping charges apply. We ship nationwide. You will receive your order by end of day on the delivery date. Immediately check the contents of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the number umbrellas you order. Prices listed include round trip shipping and insurance. Your prepaid shipping slip is included in the box of umbrellas. *Please note that rentals shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees.Please contact natalie@bellaumbrella.com for a shipping quote.*
1-6 umbrellas is $40
7-12 umbrellas is $70

When will my order ship and when does it have to be returned?

Delivery date is the date the umbrellas will be at the delivery location; normally it’s the Thursday before the event.
Event date is the date of your event.
Return date is the date you need to either ship back the umbrellas or return the umbrellas to the shop.
The return date is extremely important; it allows other reservations to be filled directly after yours. It also will avoid any late fees for you, if you return your umbrellas by the return date.
