RENTAL POLICY
You will be asked to agree to the RENTAL POLICY before submitting your reservation. Bella Umbrella ships umbrella rentals within the US only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the umbrellas are adequately packed up and dropped off with UPS on or before the specified return date. If any rentals are lost or damaged beyond repair the replacement cost is eight times the rental cost. The standard umbrella rental period is five days. Bella Umbrella rental umbrellas are subject to availability at the time of shipment.
Bella Umbrella is responsible for ensuring the arrival of your umbrellas in time for your event date. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the umbrellas are adequately re-packed up and dropped off with UPS on or before the specified return date. Late fees are 15% of the total rental amount. Example: If your reservation total (before shipping) is $100 and the umbrellas are dropped off to UPS three days late you incur a fee of $15 per day times three (3) = $45.
The standard umbrella rental period is 5 days. This means the rentals are in your possession for 5 days; this does not include shipping time. Example: for a Saturday or Sunday event the umbrellas arrive on Thursday and should be re-packed and returned to UPS on Monday. For a weekday event the shipping days are adjusted.
If any rentals are lost or damaged beyond a repair (e.g. torn, bent, stained, etc) the fee is eight (8) times the rentals cost. Example: A $10 rental that is lost or damaged incurs a $80 replacement cost, a $20 rental incurs a $160 replacement cost and a $30 rental incurs a $240 replacement cost. All surcharges are added to the original rental cost.
All umbrella rentals should be completely dry before packed back into the shipping box. This is to prevent rust and damage. Leave umbrellas completely open overnight in a warm area to dry.
Bella Umbrella’s rental umbrellas are subject to availability at the time of shipment. In rare instances your reserved umbrellas may be lost or damaged from a previous rental. We do everything in our power to notify you of this prior to shipping your order. We reserve the right to replace the unavailable umbrella with the most similar option we have available. If time permits you may request another available umbrella as a replacement.
You will receive your order by end of day on the delivery date. Always check the contents of your order upon receipt.
